MASALA DOSA

INGREDIENTS

Chicken (Boil)                 =   1.5 Kg
Potato (Boil)                   =   4.0 Pcs
Tomato (Chopped)         = 2.0 Pcs
Onion (Chopped)           = 2.0 Pcs(Small)
Zeera (Kuta)                  = 1.0 Tsp
Haldi                              = 0.5 Tsp
Dhanya (Kuta huwa)      = 1.0 Tsp
Hari Mirch (Chopped)   = 2-3 Pcs
Lal Mirch (Kuti hue)      = 1.0 Tsp
Salt                               = As per taste
Hara Dhanya(Chopped) = 1.0 Tbsp
Chat Masala                  = 0.5 Tsp
(Kuta Zeera, Dhanya or lal mirch ko achi tarah bhoon lein)

Rice = 1 Cup
Dal Mash = 1 Cup
(Chawal or Dal ko alag alag pani me dal kar ek ghante k liye rakh de or use blender me dal kar achi tarah pees kar paste bana lien.

METHOD

Pehle pan main oil dalain or us me zeera or onion fry karain jab thora brown hone lage to tomatoes shamil kar le or cover kar lain or thori deer bad jab ye bilkul liquid hojay to aap us mai tamam masale shamil kar lain .

Ab rice or daal kay paste mai salt dal kar is liquid ko achi tarha mix kar lain. Ab pan lain us main thora oil lagain or is mixture ko spoon ki madad se pan me phela lain or dhosa bana lain or jab aik taraf se pak jay to use palat dain or phir plate me nikal lain or us par chicken ka mixture lambai dal kar roll ki tarha cover kar lain. or ab khatti meethi chutni kay sath maze lain
